My current projects are:
- Askly: prepaid, pay-as-you-go AI
- K53 CLLT: learner’s licence preparation
- De Blue: pallet tracking and document capture
- LV Prawn Lab: a personal freshwater prawn hobby
I previously tried Lanami, Vdea, and AquaClash. We have sunset those projects and kept their retrospectives here.
How I think
Systems over noise.
I default to a few questions:
- What are the incentives?
- What are the constraints?
- What breaks at scale?
- What can be automated?
If incentives are correct and feedback loops are clear, the product becomes simpler to grow.
Outside of work
Lifestyle supports output.
I value fitness, travel, and deep focus blocks.
I am not interested in performative busyness.
I prefer consistent delivery.
